Relax(Yumi/Open)

The sunlight hit the back of the black dark type Pokemon as he let out a yawn and gazed off at the water below him. This place was nice it was the perfect place for him to act lazy at. Though Shadow was calm lke normal he couldn't help but feel that his perfect life was missing something important. He then blinked realizing what it was that he was missing. He stood up(on all fours) and looked to his right and at the bag that was sitting next to him. He smiled and poked his nose into into it. Inside the bag was of course sweet tasting berries. He bit down on one of them and pulled is head out.

Slowly he began to eat it, when it was gone he laid back down and let a yawn came from his lips. The Umbreon love it here on Oren Island life was perfect and he wouldn't have it any other way. The yellow parts on his body began to glow as he let out another yawn. Yes today he was sure to be lazy as lazy could get. He muffled a chuckle at the thought, slowly he turned his head to the left and right. He was here alone and that was odd. Normally Pokemon where all over the place here he sun just hit the place. Though the moon tended to be where Shadow spent most of his time under.

Such was the nature of an Umbreon he stood up again and started to walk to a another spot not so close to the edge. Taking his bag of sweets with him he laid down near the entrace to the cliff and closed his eyes gettign cozy yet again. "So...good." he muttered.

Psy trotted to her usual sunbathing area. Today was the perfect temperature and weather to relax under the gentle sun. She had always had an affinity with the sun, her breed was known as the Sun Pokemon, and loved its gentle rays bathing her soft lavender fur.
When she reached the area, she was surprised at how desolate the area was. Usually it would be overflowing with other pokemon also wanting to be lazy and relax. She shrugged; guess it meant not fighting over sunbathing spots which didn¡¯t mind with her. Psy stood still a moment before shaking out her head then body. Sunbathing comfortably was always a plus for her. Happily, she began to prance toward the most brightly lit area. As she trotted to her usual spot she was surprised at the sight before her. An Umbreon! Remarkably, she had never seen and Umbreon in her life. On her journey with Tsuki they have come across Vaporeons, Jolteons, Flareons and an occasional Glaceon; but not yet have they had the chance to meet an Umbreon. They were her counterparts, while she was of the sun they were children of the moon.
Did she dare approach him? His was relaxing so it shouldn¡¯t be a problem. Slowly she approached the relaxing Umbreon. As she reached his side she sat down her rump; this was her usual spot after all, no need changing it if there was company.
¡°Umm, hey there,¡± she smiled down at him, ¡°I¡¯m surprised to see that you¡¯re the only one here today, most days you have to fight for a place to even sit.¡±

Footsteps Shadow could hear the sound of footsteps someone was coming though it wasn't a bad thing he just didn't know who it was. He wasn' about to throw away company however so he hoped whoever it was,was friendly and didn't want to yell or anything. He opened his eyes slightly to see a set of pink legs walking towards him. What Pokemon had pink legs? Well besides those pluff balls that put people to sleep. He didn't know of well more like he didn't rememeber of any ofter Pokemon with pink legs.

When the Pokemon spoke to him Umbreon sat up sitting on his hind legs like a dog that was about to howl at the moon. When he saw that it was Espeon he smiled, "Well I was shocked myself to find the place so empty the others must be busy." he said. He chuckled lightly and then let the yellow rings around him body glow a bit brighter, "I'm Shadow." he said. Ahh others they were so nice to meet, and hey one of them just so happene to be from the same egg group well sorta.....they both did start out as Eevee. Heck they had to be from the same egg group after all Shadow's mother was an Espeon and his father was an Umbreon ahh the way things work.

"I hope I'm not in your spot miss, ifI am I'm more then willing to move to another one I don't mind."

She blinked at him as he immediately sat up when she spoke.
"Well I was shocked myself to find the place so empty the others must be busy." Was his reply.
¡°Hope it wasn¡¯t a party,¡± she giggled, ¡°it would be sad that we¡¯re the only two that didn¡¯t get the invitation.¡±
As Psy sat there, she couldn¡¯t help but analyze the Umbreon before her. His body was sturdier than hers, whether it is due to gender or species she didn¡¯t know. Psy also stared at wonder at how his rings were glow a bright yellow color. It was interesting at how they both evolved from the same pokemon but look so different.
"I'm Shadow." His introduction broke her out of reverie.
Shadow, the name did suit him well. His species were associated with the night, must be because they evolve under the rays of the moon similar to her species in the sun, and the dark midnight color of his coat.
¡°I¡¯m pleased to meet you, Shadow,¡± she tilted her head and smiled, ¡°most people just call me Psy.¡±
He then offered the spot that he was previously resting on. Psy smiled gently at his generosity. She shook head.
¡°It is fine,¡± she said, ¡°there more than enough space here today.¡±
As she said this, she motioned for him to continue his relaxation.
¡°I should apologize if I have in any way disrupted your relaxation time,¡± she laughed, ¡°it wasn¡¯t my intention¡­it is just¡­I¡¯ve never been graced with the appearance of a Umbreon before.¡±

"A party huh? That would suck if they were all off doing something like that but we were stuck here. Though I wouldn't mind much I would much rather spend my time with one person then a whole bunch of people crowding around." he mused as he stood up on both his legs. "Psy huh? That's a cool name I like it." he spoke as he moved one of his paws over his ear in a attempted to strach it. When she said that she was okay with finding anothr spot he nodded and her next part struck him rather oddly.

She had never been graced with the appearance of an Umreon before. Now that was odd to say because he didn't think of himself as anything graceful. In fact he spent more time rushing into things then he did beign graceful. He chuckled though and then smiled, "Naa I'm not a site worth seeing just a normal Umbeon having some fun." he mused.

Shadow walked over to her and nuddged her head slightly, "You on the other hand are quite a sight to see." he said as he went to his bag full of berries and rolled two out. It sucked not havign hands or thumbs but he'd deal with it. Shadow rolled ne over to Psy, "There sweet. I've got a craving for sweet things." he chuckled and closed his eyes. "All thanks to a Pitchu who I helped when I got here."

Ahh yes that Pitchu was sure somethng else it had opened Shadow's mind to a whole new world of flavor that he couldn't escape from. "Now please Psy eat up I'm rather enjoying having someone around to talk to."

Psy giggled at his reply, "Naa I'm not a site worth seeing just a normal Umbeon having some fun."
¡°None-the-less it¡¯s still pleasant first experience for me,¡± she said.
She watched him as he attempted to scratch his ear. It somehow led to an urge to groom. Bring a paw up to her muzzle, she began to lick it before running it through her cheek tufts. Bring her paw back down the ground she watched him as he sauntered over to her and nudged her head.
¡°You on the other hand are quite a sight to see.¡± Her face felt warm at his statement.
She looked away; if she were human then she would be blushing. When her cheeks finally cooled she looked over to see him roll a berry over to Psy. Shadow said something about them being sweet and it caught her attention. Psy took his offered as she picked up the berry into her mouth. When she crushed the berry with her teeth she felt the euphoria of the sweetness invading her taste buds.
¡°I also have an affection for sweets,¡± she smiled, ¡°my trainer would have a bagful on him at all times and would often give them to me as a treat.¡±
She started to lick her paw to clean her muzzle. A clean pokemon is a happy pokemon.
¡°I take it you had an owner too?¡± she asked gingerly, she knew this was a raw question for many pokemon here and she didn¡¯t want to upset her new friend.

Shadow chuckled at her blush which mostly came on when he hd told she was a sight to see, Shadow never was one t get female Pokemon but hey did know mist of them liked to hear stuff like that. Though he did mean it he found Espeon rather cool Pokemon to be around although the only one he had been around was his mother they were still nice. When Shadow saw her take a bite of the berry he did the same and when it was gone he licked his paw and then sighed.

His trainer Jacob they got along so well why did he just let him go? Shrugging his shoulder(if he had any to shrug) "Yeah I had trainer his name was Jacob he was cool. Treated me well and stuff but then one day he just let me go. So I ended up here on this wonderful island." he mused. Shadow sat back down again and hummed. "But hey if he hadn't have let me go I wouldn't have ended up here and met all these wonderful Pokemon." he said.

Shadow stood up and walked over to Psy and smiled, "Though no one wants to hear about an run of the muck Umbreon like myself. You on the other hand I'd love to hear about what happen to you and your trainer?" he asked and then thought for second. "If you don't mind me asking I just love to get to know others."

Psy's eyes softened when she heard Shadow's story. She could sympathize with his filling of abandonment, although hers was through force. He was separated from his trainer unwillingly, much like herself.
"Not true, I would much like to hear your tale. But if you insist. My story isn't unlike your own," she mumbled, a nostalgic gleam in here light blue eyes, "my master, Tsuki, was a very kind trainer. We were companions and friends, we respected and loved each other."
She sighed, remembering all the times they were together and as well as their journeys.
"The day I evolved into an Espeon was the happiest and the grimmest day of my life," she sighed, "he was so happy that I evolved, he invested a lot of his hard earned money from battling into this collar. That night we were ambushed by a group of conspirators, they called themselves Team Rocket or some sort. We fought our hardest, my trainer lost his pokemon and his life."
It still pained her to think of that night. He was her best friend and always treated her well.
"To tell you the truth," she chuckled, "I'd rather be by his side right now. I'd give up everything here just to be by my trainer. I came to this island only to escape any trainers whom wish to replace Tsuki"
After a moment pause she shook her head. Psy replaced the pained and sad look on her face and turned to her company.
"I'm sorry, I'm afraid my story isn't good conversation," she laughed, "it is quite a downer."

Shadow hearded her story and he frowned slightly not at her story but how she should she wished she was with her Trainer. The yellow rings on his body stopped glowing and he looked Psy in the eyes, "Don't ever say that. Wishing to join the dead is a bad thing your alive so live not only for yourself but for Trainer as well." he said putting a smile on his face. Ahh who was he to talk he had never lost anyone before, well besides when Jacob captured him and took him away from his mother and father.

Shadow shook his head and then hummed again, "But anywhom I'm sorry for lost and such." he said,
Shadow turned his head towards the bag of sweets which was now empty. It sucked now they didn't have anything to eat and Shadow didn't like that at all. Shadow stood up on his leg and walked over to the edge of the cliff and looked down at the water below. "It's so clear the water. I've never really seen such clear water before."

Psy turned her gaze toward the vast ocean before her as she heard Sgadow comment on the clarity of the water.
"It is very pretty, isn't it," she smiled.
Following Shadow's suite, she stood up on her all fours. Before she went to join him on the edge, she decided to stretch her muscles. Placing h forepaws in front of her, she pushed her chest to the ground, stretching her chest. Psy then continued by stretching out her hind, tail flicking in the air.
"I've never seen the ocean until I decided to make this venture," she said as she sainted to his side, "but I do remember Tsuki talking about how beautiful and powerful it was."
She sat down and looked toward the magical scenery. Basking in the warm glow of the sun, everything was peaceful. As she stretched out her neck, she marveled at how her pendant caught the sun just right to glow a rainbow array of color. A gentle wind picked up and brushed through her fur. Her ability as an Espeon allowing her to acess a situation through her fur tells her that theee were no sense of throttle, though there might be a chance of rain late on tonight or early tomorrow. She would need to warn Blaze on it later when she meets him.
"How did you get here from the mainland?" she wondered,"I don't expect that you swam here the whole way. It was a long trip, even ferrying on a surfing pokemon."
